Tigne Suites is positioned in literally the best location in Malta, in the heart of Sliema at Tigne Point. Tigne Suites is a very short walking distance to the waterfront, beaches and the sea which has a wonderful view, overlooking the capital city of Valletta. Although it is a very centrally located townhouse, it is positioned on a quiet street.

Tigne Townhouse is positioned in a wonderful location in the cosmopolitan area of Tigne, Sliema in Malta and is a few moments walk away from Tigne Point. Tigne Point is one of the most forward-looking and comprehensive developments in Malta and is part of a €600 million project. Tigne Point bridges the gap between the island’s rich cultural heritage, and an altogether newer sense of luxury and sophistication. Pjazza Tigne is the heart of this development and is the largest square in the fashionable Sliema district.

All traffic has been routed underground, providing a wonderful 30 acre car-free zone at ground level. The development also provides extensive open public spaces, a series of foreshore walkways and a second open square is planned for the Tigne. Strong emphasis has been put on the restoration of the important historic sites in the area including Fort Tigne, St Luke’s Garrison Chapel, the Garden Battery and the Clock Tower blocks. These have now been restored to complement the contemporary architecture that characterises the site. An international grade business block, to be known as The Centre,  is currently under construction on the seafront side of Pjazza Tigne.

There is an abundance of restaurants, cafes, bars and is 100 meters from Malta’s largest shopping mall, called “The Point” at Tigne. Turn right when leaving the house and walk 100 meters. “The Point” contains boutique, designer and mainstream shops on three levels, including a supermarket on the lower level, a pharmacy and an ATM. A choice of additional supermarkets are within short walking distance; turn left when leaving the house. Further restaurants and bars, cafes are along the promenade on The Strand, Tower Road, Balluta Bay and St Julians. Our recommendations include:
