Tigne Townhouse is a charming four bedroom Maltese townhouse, on three floors where we provide shared accommodation for short and longer stays. We have a choice of four comfortable suites which we call ‘Tigne Suites’ (pronounced “Tin-ye”). The shared living area consists of beautiful and spacious open plan lounge, sweeping marble staircase, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. We are positioned in a wonderful location in the cosmopolitan area of Tigne, Sliema in Malta.

Here is some information on our beautiful Tigne Suites at Tigne Townhouse to help you to choose the Suite most appropriate for you:
Suite 1 is a charming, spacious double bedroom on the first floor, with a large en-suite bathroom. This suite has a large flatscreen TV, WiFi, desk, own fridge, air conditioning and closed balcony at the back of the house.
Suite 2 is a charming, large double bedroom on the first floor and an en-suite shower room. This suite has a flatscreen TV, WiFi, balcony with town views, air conditioning, walk-in wardrobe and open balcony at the front of the house, overlooking the vibrant Tigne area.
Suite 3 is a lovely large double bedroom on the second floor with flatscreen TV, WiFi, shared shower room, air conditioning and large balcony at the front of the house with the vibrant Tigne views.
Suite 4 is a lovely double room on the second floor with flatscreen TV, WiFi, shared shower room, air conditioning and small balcony at the back of the house.
The Top Floor Suite is comprised of Suite 3 and Suite 4 combined and is the complete top floor and suits two to four guests. It consists of two double bedrooms with two double beds, two balconies, two flatscreen TVs, WIFI, one shower room and air conditioning.
We welcome guests all year round from all over the world who love to stay at our townhouse, creating a vibrant and cosmopolitan ambiance. We take short and long bookings to suit any circumstances including holiday lets, for solo travellers, couples, corporate clients, language students and group bookings.
Our Tigne Townhouse is a few moments walk away from Tigne Point, which is one of the most forward-looking and comprehensive developments in Malta and is part of a €600 million project. Tigne Point bridges the gap between the island’s rich cultural heritage, and an altogether newer sense of luxury and sophistication.

Maria, Tigne Townhouse
All traffic has been routed underground, providing a wonderful 30 acre car-free zone at ground level. The development also provides extensive open public spaces, a series of foreshore walkways and a second open square is planned for the Tigne. Strong emphasis has been put on the restoration of the important historic sites in the area including Fort Tigne, St Luke’s Garrison Chapel, the Garden Battery and the Clock Tower blocks. These have now been restored to complement the contemporary architecture that characterises the site. An international grade business block, to be known as The Centre, is currently under construction on the seafront side of Pjazza Tigne.
Valletta, the capital of Malta, will be the European Capital of Culture in 2018 which means lots of exciting events are taking place in 2017, 2018 and beyond. See www.vistmalta.com which provides you with a list of upcoming events.

Tigne Suites is walking distance (just 50 meters) to the Sliema ferries which take you on a five-minute trip to Valletta, the capital city of Malta. Boat trips can also be taken for wonderful trips around Malta, and the additional quaint islands of Gozo and Comino.
